The Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the European Defence Agency are co-organising a High-Level Symposium on Military Mobility which will be held in a hybrid format (physical and online participation) on 30 January 2024, from 14:00 (CET).
The overall theme of the Symposium is “Within and beyond the EU: European Military Mobility in a new strategic environment”, and it will gather high-level representatives from Defence Ministries, European Institutions, NATO and other stakeholders.
The event aims to provide high-level support and attention to military mobility activities in the new strategic environment and to demonstrate EU’s leadership to improve military mobility in Europe. It will offer an opportunity to highlight the significant and tangible progress made in the field of military mobility, as well as to share views on future challenges and the way forward.
