Temporary agent

Temporary Agents are recruited from open selection procedures. Upon recruitment you may be offered a contract for up to 4 years, renewable once for up to 4 years.

HR_Seconded

Seconded National Expert

Seconded National Experts are seconded from participating Member States’ public administrations, at national or regional level, in particular Ministries of Defence and/or their agencies, bodies, national defence colleges, research institutes. The secondment lasts from 2 months to 3 years, renewable.

Contract agent

Contract Agents are recruited from open selection procedures. Upon recruitment you may be offered a contract from 3 months up to 4 years, renewable once for a maximum of 5 years.

HR_Trainee

Traineeship

EDA annually runs a 1-year Traineeship Programme aimed at recent university graduates who want to transition to the world of work in an organisation at the heart of defence cooperation in Europe.
