EDA is delighted to host its first Symposium on critical maritime infrastructure protection on 27 April 2023, Brussels.
This EDA symposium will bring together key stakeholders to discuss critical maritime infrastructure protection at EU level, its challenges in terms of governance, civil-military cooperation, and military capability development.
The one-day event will hear from leading voices from the military, governmental, academic, and industrial communities and will feature keynote speeches and high-level panel discussions on:
- Governance and distribution of responsibilities between the variety of stakeholders on critical maritime infrastructure protection
- Threats and vulnerabilities of critical maritime infrastructures and how they can be addressed
- Military capability development and the integration of new and emerging technology
Opportunities to foster discussion with all the stakeholders involved in critical maritime infrastructure protection - civil authorities, military, academia and industry from across participating Member States, industry associations and EU bodies.
