Mr. Jiri Sedivy, Czech First Deputy Minister of Defence, visited EDA today for a meeting with Ms. Claude-France Arnould, the Chief Executive.
They had an exchange of views on a range of issues related to the European Defence and Equipment Market and the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base. They also discussed multinational defence cooperation, including Pooling & Sharing.
Mr Sedivy updated Ms Arnould on the Czech Republic’s Strategic Defence Review, and on changes to the principles and rules of internal procurement processes, including the establishment of a new national armaments agency.
