The Consultation Forum for Sustainable Energy in the Defence and Security Sector (CF SEDSS) initiated European Defence Energy Network (EDEN) continues to expand with more than 80 experts participating in the first conference in January 2016 in Brussels, and with over 100 at the second conference in June 2016 in Dublin maintaining the successful start to this two-year process.
The EDA is now inviting Member States to register for the third CF SEDSS conference taking place in Rome from 22 to 24 November.
Building on the progress made during the previous conferences, Member States expert delegates will continue to work in three parallel working groups (1) Energy Management, (2) Energy Efficiency focusing on buildings, and (3) Renewable Energy.
The Conference will take place in the conference suite of the Hotel Roma Aurelia Antica, Rome, where accommodation will also be provided.

Delegates will be provided with accommodation at the conference facility and this will be booked by the EDA Consultation Forum management team. Delegates must indicate on registration if they will make use of the accommodation provided.
Accommodation costs incurred elsewhere will not be reimbursed. Please note that failure to use the accommodation provided once it has been booked and without notifying the CF SEDSS management team will incur a charge to the relevant Member States' Ministry of Defence. All catering arrangements will be provided by the conference facility. Information about logistics and reimbursement is available here.

Please ensure that you register before 06 November 2016. After which date, registration will be permitted for conference attendance, but accommodation at the conference facility may not be available.
